I wouldn't get too hyped up about the plushie sales. Like, they're good, and Nimi will probably get a decent haul from them, but people citing 6-digit earnings for her aren't thinking about the logistics of the promotion very hard.
For starters, materials + labor isn't cheap. It's an American company, so even if they're getting some sweatshop kids in China to assemble them, they still pay decent salaries to their domestic workers.
Then, it's a collab between Ohmonah and Nimi, so whatever actual revenue there is, it's probably split between her and the company.
Not to make it a "oh woe is Nimi" thing—between merch sales and memberships she's almost certainly making more money than (you) do in a year, just that I think people are leaping straight to the assumption she's about to become a millionaire, and unless she got that kind of money from Cover (dubious) this isn't going to get her there.
