As for Sayu she does have moments where she can be fine but she does have a nasty tendency of relapsing and letting the brainworms control her. She could be fine if she sticks with someone like Rita who really does seem to be a mental health advocate in the positive sense. She also needs to pry herself away from that dramafag group with parrot and Doxxsagi, they probably enable her and give her the dumbest ideas for their own content.
