If you get political, you need to be ready to fail because of your politics. So stay out generally. It's normally shit opinions all around with no solutions on either side (since it is designed to be divisive and not solution based).
Nijisanji is a good example. It's totally warranted for vtubers to have am opinions of the company like FalseEye does. However the talent may not be at fault and is stuck. Getting involved may burn bridges you shouldn't with them even if you dislike the company publicly. Silence IS golden as the talent/content creator side of vtubing.
