Not speaking Japanese is also, as the OP pointed out, something that applies to all of Justice. It has nothing to do with why the girls left. In fact we already know why they left - most of them effectively retired and the one who was still an active streamer wanted to get married and have a family which meant she couldn't travel. People trying to make a narrative out of this always have to conveniently ignore all the girls in Advent and Justice who don't fit that narrative.
