Hello liggermen, it's a new month so that means it's time for our top 25 vtubers in CCV for the month of September. Like last month I removed all flesh streams from the calculated numbers of the normal offenders and did a combined CCV for Kirsche. Everyone streamed the minimum qualifications for numbers this month so I didn't have to do any DQs.

NOTES:
>Good month overall, September was good for viewership. The entire top 5 was up in viewership, which very rarely happens, and most downs were less than 10%. It was dicey going into the month with the Mouse subathon which has historically cannibalized a massive amount of vtuber viewership, but it appears we may be moving away from that. Either that or Mouse's primary audience is no longer overlapping with most indie vtubers, which is also a realistic possibility.
>Saurei was the biggest gainer at 40% increase month to month. A big cause for it was the bump she got from Zevent plus the ASMR stream doing colossal numbers.
>Filian also had a huge month at 24% up. A lot of that was due to her collabs she had planned out for the month hitting very well, with most of her streams with Vedal and Squchan specifically hitting 10k+ CCV.
>Silvervale (down 22%) and Olivia (down 15%) were our big downs this month. In both cases it seems specific games debuffed them. Silvervale's case, it was Spamming 8+ hour Dave the Diver Streams which caused her to barely break over 2k CCV. For Olivia, The first subnautica streams killed her. In both cases outside of these streams their numbers were closer to their traditional averages and I don't expect them to have viewership losses next month, they will likely rebound next month.
>The other major down of note is Shylily at down 14%. This actually continues a three month trend in which she went from 4,003 CCV average all the way down to 3,395 CCV. This is a case where she has become too indulgent in what she plays on stream, the constant barrage of Gacha and MMO streams have created an actual fatigue in her viewership. She can very easily bounce back from this, but she has to actually find some banger streams or collabs to put out there to bring people back in.
>Outside of the Top 25, most of the liggers were up, some notables being Snuffy (1,980 CCV, up 12%), Lucy (1,781 CCV, up 6%), Kitanya (324 CCV, up 78%), Meat (857 CCV, up 12%), Coqui (863 CCV, up 16%), Callie Calico (558, up 79%), Lyra (432 CCV, up 55%), Nina (573 CCV, up 23%), Nemu (304, up 5%), Fang (417 CCV, up 176%), and Molly (311 CCV, up 26%). By far the most healthy growth we've seen since before the summer.
