Divegrass anchor post. With our VTL10 signup now confirmed and us still waiting for the schedule, I figured we might as well start thinking about our roster for the event.
I've tried to compile all our past and present players into a single image just to have an easy reference. If you have any suggestions, now's your time to bring them up - the official roster poll should come later this week and for that we'll use all of these players plus whatever gets suggested. Just reply to this post or submit them via the cryptpad link in the OP.
This is what I've gathered from the cryptpad so far:
>Evilgoon (made a cameo appearance last league)>Doki Knight (HK/Silksong - would require modeling from scratch which I'm still very slowly learning...)>Dragoon3/Wizardmon as the least favorite child>Jingle Jangle (DoKitty replacement) (there is a partially finished model available and I might be able to kitbash some stuff together using it, but the ears etc would have to be remade from scratch)>some sort of Daft Punk player (original suggestion was something akin to https://x.com/OMRcreation/status/1941059180762378486, but we'd still have to recolor the model due to the league rules on team colors)>RoboDokitty yuri (game jam stream, also including a daft punk reference)>Tropical Bird (summer outfit - there's a publicly available model for it but the modeler never finished it and it would still require recoloring)>Alt Doki (truth be told, there's only one publicly available model I can find and it's not the greatest, and yes, the shirt would have to be recolored at minimum)We could also merge a few players together to create more space on the roster if you see any opportunities to do so, like we did with the sloppies back in the day. We'd have to be careful not to create overly busy-looking players as a result though - oftentimes less is more when it comes to this stuff.
