Holo IND were put into positions of EN management after the branch was disbanded, hence the likes of Noor became a manager.
They quit and Niji being incompetent left EN to manage themselves.
The management in question who treated Selen like shit are the main talents like Elira snd Vox
This is why they had insight on the documents as they are the toxic management Selen is sueing.
Other talents like Mysta and Nina left cause the talents arent trained managers and thus keep screwing up and they had enough.
This is why we are seeing such incompetence on the EN side. They are manager, they are talents who have no idea what they are doing as managers in a corp.
This is also why Zaion mentioned the manager for XSoleil was a 2 week hire who needed a manager itself.
Xsoleil was managed by another talent who has just took up the position.
Zaion's attitude rubbed someone the wrong way (As example Elira but doesnt have to be her specifically) which is why the management note felt personal.
It wasn't "Nijisanji upper management" trying to destroy her it was "Talents in manager position" who did not approve of her attitude. Fellow co-workers who banded together cause they are the EN management.
This leads us to Selen.
Because EN managers have no idea what they are doing, they miss out on stuff like paying creators for projects, leading to Selen pay out her own pocket or start doing things on her own cause she knows they are incompetent/not trained.
Talent managers felt personally attacked and disapproved of Selen going solo cause she put more workload on them they have no idea what to do with and began hounding her until we get to Christmas and things began to escalate.
