There are genes trained for less sleep due to family history of working in fields with sparser sleep like night security, some people have sleep apnea due to genetic factors, etc. and can’t get good rest in two sleep cycles, 3 if you go by the supposed 1 hour snd a half cycle timing. Age becomes more of a factor too as time goes by. But there are people who can subsist on 4-6 that I know too. It’s a crapshoot, really.
