Goodjob Nerissa i'm proud of you. It seemed like you did really great! Good job keep it up woman! You have more self confidence and self esteem than you realize, it takes a lot of courage to perform in front of others. It's been inside you the whole time, yeah Nerissa! I'm wrapping up the collage in like two days maybe, I don't want to bore anyone anymore than they're likely already bored, but I wanted to write about Sweden.
>1910 Sweden photoLook at how the women are dressed. Its frozen, snowy, and super cold and yet the women still maintained marian modesty. They understood that weather is no reason to be immodest, so they still wore full sleeves and skirt down to their ankles. The thought of pants never crossed their minds. They are likely wearing layered skirts underneath for warmth and some form of pantaloons under everything. Pants/leggings/tights/pantaloons are perfectly fine to wear under a skirt so as to protect modesty or for warmth. (We are people of "spirit of the law", we are not "letter of the law", people so pants are okay if there is an appropriate reason for it.)
>SwedenThe Swedes and all the scandinavians were some of the most pious and devout Catholics in history. Sadly they fell for the prot heresy meme and Catholicism became illegal and punishable by death. Despite that they maintain nearly all of our Catholic traditions, this is how I know theyll return to our faith, because their souls still cling to it. It is our history and traditions that are bringing people back take a look
>Swedish young Catholichttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPV3MANsaGk>IrelandWhen we are Catholic, we collectively own all of our traditions. Even without Swedish blood, their Catholic traditions and saints belong to us equally. And ours, to them. We are a family that transcends time and blood, never forget. In the 14th century there was a devout Catholic swedish married couple of nobility who had gone on a pilgrimage to Kildare for Saint Brigid of Ireland. On the way back the wife who was pregnant was visited by an angel in her dreams. The angel told her that "God had gifted her a daughter, and she should teach her to love God The Holy Trinity. And that she would be saved because of the baby in her womb."
>picrelThere is a nasty storm and the ship wrecks off the coast. They nearly drown but through the intercession of Our Lady, they are saved. They take shelter in Saint Brigids chapel (Sankt Britas Kapell) which were not ruins at the time and because of Our Lady, and St Brigid the Irish Saint who was no doubt praying from heaven, they were saved and the baby was named Birgitta (Bridget). She would go on to become St Bridget of Sweden, one of seven patron saints of Europe. Who would have thought that a Swede that is one of the most devout Catholics in history? They have tremendous potential
>ItalyAnother example to show we are all family and to show that the Swedes yearn to be Catholic again is Santa Lucia who was a saint in 3rd century Sicily. If you didnt know, the Swedes, even to this day, celebrate this saint.
>Swedish Lucia for Dummieshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IgxZS4mWSrwSwedes celebrating a Sicilian Catholic saint from the 3rd century? In the 21st century? Through our Catholic faith we have the power to aid others even through huge gaps in time
>SemlorFat tuesday just passed and they even celebrate that still. They love Catholic Traditions
>rosarySt Monica prayed for the conversion of her son everyday until 30 years later he finally converted and became one of the most important and influential church fathers. I decided to do the same for my father snd my family. I didnt talk to him about religion, I didnt even tell him I was praying for him, we barely even talked. All I did was pray the rosary for him, he never even knew. Two years later I find out my guy is unironically tradcath, and he helps my mother understand the missal. Santa Monica didnt give up on her son (top down change) and I didnt give up on my dad (bottom up change).
>the royals and you guysI pray the rosary for the royals and I pray for you guys as well (some of you have known for a while). The rosary can bring aviut greay change. I recommend you guys pray it as well. No one is beyond redemption, we all have the capacity for change.
>aradiaThis is how I know aradia will become the most pious in her family. (She might already be I dont know) i did not know her before but now I do, and she has entered into my prayers just like the rest of you. It's only a matter of time now. Will it be 2 years like my dad? 30 years like st Augustine? Or more years? Makes no difference to me, I will remain praying for her, and as St Augustine shows us, its not how we start the race but how we finish it that matters. Sup aradia :^)
>sweden 2This is how I know Sweden and the scandinavians will be a Catholic people again. I pray the rosary for them and I know others do as well
