In general, the highest quality merch is birthday merch which has absolutely nothing to do with sub count--just look at Reina or Charzu, who got a daki and plushie respectively despite their lower numbers. kawaii's merch situation is confusing, I just assume they're too poor to give us more clothing/daki/plushie merch or something that people actually want
