Aside from the 2.5m group sub goal for Regloss, there was a 30k sub requirement for 3D starting with gen 1, but everyone in the company easily clears this, even homos. Most Holomem pre gen 4 got 3D before hitting 100k, so here's a trivia question:
Who was the first Holo to reach 100k subs BEFORE getting her 3D?

you can't reasonably say someone like Mori felt more overall successful having 30k people watching her failing at vidya compared to her giving an interview about her music on national TV
also a sudden spurt of virality can mean massive sub/viewrship jumps out of nowhere (Marine, Suisei, now even fucking Raden and Jimmy)

Miniko meanwhile has 400 to 500 average viewers and her follower count looks steady and natural.

So why the discrepancy? I suspect someone was botting her growth with fake followers and viewers for a while. That explains the large dropoff.

I posted this before but Sana had 342k when she announced her graduation, she then gained 30k subs in the next two weeks up to her graduation. She's gained 42k subs since and is still growing in sub count
