They recently changed that to 15k subs, but the change was rather abrupt so most of the girls who were 15k+ subs have yet to prepare for membership (emotes presumably).
Yura opened membership a week ago, no streams yet, but Prism membership has a very rigid structure. 3 Tiers ($5, $15, $25), member(of any tier) only streams are once or twice a month and participation in games used to be for tier 2+, but they recently changed the rewards at each tier and worded it vaguely but it seems like some participation in games have been moved down to tier1, and tier 2/3 you get access to some previously privated vods.
