I trust Nerissa not to go further so it's a dumb hypothetical to explore, but if they went ahead with that swap I'd probably be willing to drop her. The much more likely way for her to tip over the edge for me is if this shitty outside collab behaviour becomes a frequent event rather than a dumb holiday mistake.
