The apartment theory holds, from someone who got to look at it before the nannies nuked the thread. If you followed the crumbs it all added up. So many details in there from little bits of lore she dropped are in there. Its way too many coincidences for it to not be true she lived there.
I believe she's a victim, though. I doubt she was married to apek because she's a modern day hippie, which is why her name isn't on the paperwork for the apartment besides the lien from the plumbing company.
All of the talets were owed insane amounts of money. But they were making just as much from their own streaming and were able to live it up more than your average person would, which is what basically every streamer was or is before they break out and get big. Their needs were met and beyond, living a life of luxury and if they're not a greedy jew watching every cent they're owed and own what's a few late payments? Especially, as Geega said, a lot of times those payments normally come months after the deal happens anyway, with so much going on and having to be terminally online to be a medium level content creator, it's not hard to imagine a history of late payments turning into status quo so when they never come you won't know until it's too late like we're seeing.
People want to simplify an incredibly complex situation into an easy answer. There is none. And likely we'll never know the full truth, unless Gunrun and the rest of the executives are tried and the corporate veil is pierced.
