On top of that, VShojo as a company are the ones taking most of the heat, so you'd have to do the whole song and dance with VShojo to establish that something shady happened in the first place, and then you'd have to do another court case putting Gunrun himself on the hook for VShojo's proven crimes. It could be 2030 before anything gets to that point, if it gets there at all.
