Zen thought it wasn't worth it to do images like that in Patreon. Silver was the only one to keep up but decided to not stream it (she also had a CB page set up). Mouse was just a trend hopper, she had the fame of Mel now to slightly shift into that, but pussied out multiple times and that trend was gone, so she never did anything. That's why her patreon listed a bunch of stuff, and stopped around the same time she pivoted to VShojo and Connor's attention.
