I can open up the vtai thread right now and look at like the anchor picture and not notice flaws at a glance because I'm not looking very closely at the picture. If I start looking at the picture in any depth I notice 6 toes on right foot, fucked up hips, fucked up neck, fucked up railing in the background and that's without being nitpicky about lesser details that are off.
It's not hard to spot the errors, but I wouldn't necessarily see what's wrong with an image like that if I just gave it the same cursory glance I give most images. I'm only looking closely at an image if the subject matter interests me. And then it's not at all hard to see.
