Image Generation (Stable Diffusion):
Minimum: NVIDIA RTX 3060 (12GB VRAM)
Recommended: RTX 4070 Ti / 4080 or better (12–24GB VRAM)
High end/Pro: RTX 4090 (24GB) or NVIDIA A100 / H100
things to keep in mind:
NVIDIA dominates the space because CUDA, AMD cards usually aren't worth the trouble honestly
these things will run hot so you need a good cooling system
check how much VRAM you do or will have, 12GB kind of the threshold you have to meet to make anything on the lower end
you're probably going to have to splurge on the power supply and cooling because they do run hot
