was I was a wee boy I would twittle a pencil between my fingers and envision the joints of characters moving back and forth as a scene played out, specifically I would slowly pace it back and forth during calm dialouge and begin to accelerate during action scenes or when dialouge was particularily violent/loud/engaging. Have never heard or seen any other person doing this and still do it to this day but lack any of the words to really describe it. I will daydream scenes to play out all day while working but be totally unable to put it down in a doc. It is very enraging, especially when the scenes are things that are very simple comfy moments that actually enlighten certain elements of the characters in subtle ways.
