...No I don't know what pokemons you have to show Bill's grandad (at Bill's old house). Oh and:
- No way to capture Mewtwo (because the cave caved in. It reopens in the Gen 4 remake). There's a BG somewhere near the enterance of the cave (requires itemfinder) but all it does is confuse your pokemon for 255 turns (I 'think' it boosts attack).
- No way to capture Articuno (because the cave has been drastically shortened to fit in Blaine as that's where his gym is. In the Gen 4 remakes the cave gets reworked so Blaine is at the top floor and Articuno is at the bottom floor.).
- No way to capture Zapdos (as the power plant has been revamped. Zapdos hangs outside the power plant in the gen 4 remakes).
- No way to capture Moltres (Victory road has been drastically shortened so the only thing interesting in that road is the rival battle at the end of victory road and the TM for Earthquake). In the Gen 4 remakes Moltres has been relocated at Mt. Silver.
- Viridian Forest has been drastically cut down (so its just a short walk through between lots of wee trees) so pokemons like Pikachu come AFTER VF but south of Pewter. Viridian forest comes back in Gen 4 remakes.
- No Safari Zone (there is one in gen 4 remakes but in Johto).
- No Pewter Museum (no Aerodacytal for you except through a trade and its for a Chansey. this is the ONLY fossil mon you can get legally in gen 2).
- No Fighting Dojo (Karate king is somewhere in Mt. Mortor and I think he requires Waterfall to reach). So no free Hitmonchan / Hitmonlee for you (Karate King if you beat him DOES give a Tyrogue which can evolve into one of the 2 or Hitmontop but its requirements are tricky).
I HOPE I DIDN'T FORGET ANYTHING ELSE!
