If they don't bully and you want them to be more romantic have a kiss redeem or something personal like that to give them a hint. If theyre nice, but not affectionate tell stories about stuff you did and try to tie chat into it "I went to the store and it got really windy. Chat. If you were there would you give me your jacket or hug me to keep me warm?" Try to get personal with chat but also make it so you see chat as a bunch of people tied into one and try not to give more attention to one person than the rest of chat. If one person is more affectionate than the rest of chat dont address it as the one guy address it as the entire chat doing the thing so everyone else doesnt fell left out and gets an idea of how to show affection
