There's already a small JP "community".

At Pico's meet and greet in Tokyo there were 10+ people in that time slot + at least 20 more for more popular time slot with pictures. I believe both Phase JP chat mods were there too.

There are also a handful of gen1 debut oldfags that came from yumenographia that support Nasa and Pico.

The most active JP discord is a subthread in Clara's channel in the official discord for some reason.

In summary:
* Iori: 50% EN onlys + less than a dozen gen 1 JP oldfags
* Nasa: 95% EN onlys + Iori's JP oldfags
* Michiru: 90% EN onlys + Iori's JP oldfags + /pcg/ users + occasional JP tourists when she plays a buff game

* Loki-sama: 70% JP Kaleido newfags + a couple deepl using EN fans + mild overlap with Meloco from Niji EN
* Yuu: 50% EN onlys + large contingent of JP greyname tourists that come when she plays buff games (they disappear when she plays OW2)
* Memory: Almost entirely JP Kaleido newfags with a large overlap with Varium + one guy from /pcg/ who makes all the crispy nigga posts
* Pico: 80% past life fans, almost no ENs + Memories when she's not streaming
