The therapy summoning ritual succeeded!
>>49895984I don't know of a single book which explains the entire process other than experiments from Freud, but this could fit on a single page.
The less complex something is and the easier it is to understand.
Subconscious behavior comes from deep beliefs.
Self sabotaging is a mix of the fear of success and having the belief of not deserving success because of lower self esteem usually caused by parents not giving unconditional love, or by the education system rejecting those who don't fit in.
My favorite therapy uses this video and a meditation focus trying to project yourself into this situation to find out what memory is connected to the difficulty to reproduce the same behavior:
https://youtu.be/968yNvFiVH0The sure process is by focusing on the desire to know what is causing issues which will make past memories reappear.
Those memories need to be re experienced to release the negative emotions and solved with a better solution to cure them.
After healing all the negative memories the mindset will improve "magically".
To make a fear disappear the process is simple. Imagine the worst case situation happening and prepare for it.
Now that you faced your fear and have a solution to it the fear will weaken as it comes from the unknown.
This reminds me of what happened to Kanau after Suisei made a comment in her chat during a singing stream which attracted more viewers to it.
Her reaction to getting more attention was sabotaging this chance by stopping her streams for some time until the hype disappeared.
It is difficult to understate the importance of facing your beliefs to shape your life.

Many cultures have a similar understanding of the mindset.
However I prefer the most simple based on only one question: Why?
If you keep asking this question, you will get an answer.
>>49893348Similar to a comment I made which may have been a message from a spirit.
The message may have been misunderstood or I understood it differently because I was not its recipient.
I don't know which meaning is correct, but how I understood it was working on the mindset to be filled with light and to believe an outcome to be possible, to then manifest it through the power of attraction.
It was a reference to The explorers guide to manifesting.
