I've made eggs like what she's displaying, and they might as well be beef jerky. Visually striking imagery with the colors, but why does she always insist on cooking hot, and fast? If you're going to cook hot, and fast you need a heavy lid, and water, or vegetables to absorb the scorch. I think she should look into post roast cooking if she doesn't want to work a spatula, or a spoon.
