When you summarize something as "good" or "dogs shit" I can assume you don't actually have much to say, and that's fine. Not everyone needs to be a chatter box about a subject. Sure it's strange to bring something up if you have nothing to say about it, but to be fair it seems Elly is using chat as a prompt, and most of this stuff isn't a expression of her inner dialogue. To be expected from a vtuber who heavily invests in chat messages.
