Anon the noncompete is usually a few months and Nimi Nightmare is an exception because she lives in the land of the freedom eagle where it's no longer legal. When Vesper had that sudden "graduation" he could only use a static image for 3 months even though he went back to his Randon model. The Hololive noncompete length does seem to vary though depending on what year their original contract was signed and whether they agree to a new contract with the affiliate deal.

Mumei was burned badly with how management treated her at the end. They kept delaying her 3D outfit from her 1 million subscriber wish, they wouldn't let her use the Cover studio for her graduation live, and than rushed out her graduation date for ENreco chapter 2. They literally forced her to scramble to have any type of graduation live. Cover even canceled her nendo less than a week after her graduation. Do think Mumei was stressed out with how things ended in Hololive but her RM will definitely redebut before the end of the year.

Okay so you worship the Hololive brand name and your oshi is Yagoo. Most of us are angry that Cover stabbed Mumei in the back and kicked her out the door.
