in general at least on twitch this kinda all relies on networking to get seen in collabs, getting noticed by more and more prominent people. it is possible to organically grow by pure word of mouth alone and just being really damn good at this but there are a lot of parameters that are pure luck roll. the girl probably has to get lucky and make friends with someone more popular, then someone more popular than that etc going up the ladder. of which that isn't something a viewer can do much about besides collabbeg the other girls which may or may not rub them the wrong way.
