Exhibit A: Her Mom's vtuber name is Asari Mitsuha and her vtuber full name is "Leaflit Mitsuha". Shurelia's registered name while working for Riot was Miyuki "Shurelia" Mitsuhashi. Last name is a pseudonym that's short a syllable for their real last name.
Exhibit B: On Shurelya/Shurelia's X page (@shureria), she has a lot of cross-promotion of Leaflit before Shurelily got retired in 2022, along with some retweets of fans linking her to her old alias w/ the Shurelily project. Shurelya's bio also has Leaflit's current org, Angel Sword.

Leaflit's YouTube and Twitch channels were created on 26 Sep 2011 and 7 Dec 2011 respectively. The channels were originally created for use in a collaboration between League of Legends YouTubers Shurelia and LilyPichu, known as Shurelily. Both streamers used commissioned artwork as avatars to represent their characters in livestreams, with hotkeys to manually switch between facial expressions. However, technology such as FaceRig did not yet exist to display real-time physical movement.
2020
A slime girl character first appeared on the former Shurelily Twitch channel on Twitch on 13 March. On 11 June she revealed the current avatar with red eyes, as well as the new name, Leaflit. The name Leaflit was previously used as one of Shurelia's D&D characters."

Leaflit discovered that she had a talent for voice mimicry. She initially sought to become a voice actress, but did not enjoy working in the field. Next, she became a QA tester for Nippon Ichi software, working on such games as Ar tonelico and Disgaea 2. She was able to use her experience designing Dungeons & Dragons adventures to become a game designer, working for Riot Games on League of Legends, where she designed the characters Lux and Pantheon."
There's nothing that's explicitly a smoking gun, but there's so much overlap and fans of hers are aware of her ties to the old Shurelily alias.
