The artist is definitely a moron for putting up with this and not seeing the red flags when she saw 2 managers get fired by doki and cycled out on this project.
The artist is also a dumbass for selling her POV to some dramatuber instead of making a google dockey so people can quickly get her perspective instead of having to sift through a 2 hour retarded as video with some yapping bitch who constantly repeats herself.
There was definitely one point in the video where it sounds like the artist got legal advice and jumped on the Tiltify auction terms. The original auction very specifically said the custom PC would come from this "specific artist" (it had her name, socials, and website) and thus the artist was lowkey setting foundation that Doki/team advertised a PC from her and then rugpulled it by trying to get another builder to take the project over.The artist definitely is a wise ass in that sense.
The video has some important information embedded inside it and unfortunately Doki's doc sidesteps a lot of shit. There's also a lot of noise in Doki's doc in the form of woe is me.
I'd say both parties are retarded but the artist is owed some compensation for the time they wasted on research, documents, etc. Definitely not $10k but something.
