3) Your headcanon is inconsistent with what Gura herself has told us as well as the lyrics themselves. Ash Again was not supposed to be a graduation song and they started working on it back in 2023. She never says anything that could be remotely construed as calling for the company to be torn or burnt down. "And they all say, tear it down, burn it down" wouldn't make sense if it referred to Cover or Hololive, because "they all"

As for the lyrics that actually COULD be reasonably interpreted as reflecting poorly on the company - "the hands that pull at my thread" and "and no more hands upon my words, they only speak for me" being the chief examples - you're trying to use the fact that Gura complained about them controlling what she can do/say to argue that they didn't control what she did/said.
