>>100242213I haven't seen anyone else bring this up, but it's really tiring being a ruffian. And I don't mean a fan that watches them occasionally or watched their 3D Live. I mean someone that actively supports them.
FWMC have dreams of becoming idols. So to that end, I'm fine with them doing some JP streams. I'm fine with them canceling streams. If at the end of the day, it's making them the proper connections and they're doing the right projects to further their careers I'll be happy for them. But then they get really sick, Mococo's getting migraines every day, and they come to every stream super tired. They obviously don't have enough time, but they need to do the homework in order to achieve their dreams. So what needs to go is the streams so they have more time to balance their life. That's fine and all, their 3D Debut and 3D Live was amazing. Some things have to get sacrificed. Fast forward and nothing has changed. Whenever they do stream, they're incredibly tired and Mococo has migraines. And then they tell us that they've been working so hard, they've barely been eating, and they sleep at most 3 hours a day. Jesus Christ, these girls are working so hard they're killing themselves! So doing less streams didn't help. So in superchat readings, this eventually gets addressed. Often times, it takes them longer to do homework since they have to be together to do it. So maybe a solution would be to focus on the more important projects that'll help their dreams. But then they're taking every single voice pack they can, which takes them a long amount of time to do. Surely they can cut these since voice packs won't be getting them a Sololive. So to reassure us, they tell us they need to focus on balance. That's great! The way they're at it they're looking towards an early grave and some balance in their lives will help a lot. It'll improve the quality of the streams we do get as well.
Yet it's been like this for over a year now. Nothing has changed. In fact, if anything it's getting worse. And what do they have to show for it? Their 3D debut and their 3D Live. But that's the basic package every Holomember gets. Are they making a lot of songs/covers? No. Do they have a lot of projects? No. Have they been going to a lot of events. No.
How the hell are they going to do a Sololive with two songs? Two songs that I might add, are pretty darn similar. Let's say all their hard work pays off a few years down the line. They finally get that Sololive. But with this direction they're heading, their voices will be completely ruined and they'll be completely unable due to how worn their bodies are. It'd be a miracle that they don't collapse from a mental breakdown due to months and months of 3 hour nights and a shit diet.
Every time a stream is canceled, it's "please be proud of us" or "we're doing our best" and "we want to play games with you so much". Yet whenever they get a moment to rest, they tell us that they were so busy using that time to do homework. And after all that, you'll think "What the hell is going on here?!?". And this sort of talk is everywhere. It's always "we're working so hard on [x] and we love to do [x] so much" and then months down the road their ability to do [x] has completely vanished. You could replace [x] with zatsu, karaokes, games, collabs, Minecraft, etc.
It's like you're a parent with a 30 year old son living in your home. You love your son very much and want him to be able to follow his dreams. Yet he's staying up all night, getting fat, and never spends time with you anymore. You see how destructive this is on his life and advise him to get a job or to go to the gym. So he says he'll think about it and a few months later he's still a fat slob. At this point, you have to really wonder if this fucker is just wasting his time jacking off in that room while you work every day.
