Serious question — let’s say a chuuba dies IRL. Like, actual death, not graduation. What happens to the model? Does it get locked away forever like a digital grave, or is there some corpo that would Frankenstein it back to life with a new voice and pretend nothing happened?
Would you still watch your oshi if they were reanimated with a new VA? Would you want that? What does this mean for the future of “immortal” Vtubers? Imagine a Gura still streaming in 2124 with her 17th VA. Is the soul in the model, or the voice?
