I used to say no because I would look at her channel and it felt like 1 normal stream for every 10 ASMRs and the past couple months and felt she was just the typical asmr ho who rebranded (I think that actually-is how she started).
now however, it's much more actual-content besides spamming a gimmick and she's definitely come into her own. it's not like there's some rule that says you can't be a vtuber if you only do asmr, it just doesn't stack up for OP's question and I'd have said no. now, it's a maybe.
