Like right now, between all the repetitive message reading and just saying mindlessly saying thank you at the end, she broke off and talked about a completely unrelated topic of video games. You can have the unrelated topic portion without the SC reading, that's what a zatsu is. Having to wait through that mindless reading for a snippet of something unique is makes SC readings awful to sit through. Not to mention the offtopic portion was actual interaction with chat and not just whoever paid to get their message read.
