Mumei is the exception but her PL doesn't do vTuber streams and explicitly stated she's just an artist who sings. Meanwhile exNijis just go back to their PLs like Doki and Minto.
It's gotta be that they can't stream under their old names for at least X duration. Why else would they simply toss their old brand? It's not because of past cringe and Belle Delphine collab songs.
