I think there's a lot of feelings in the air that another graduation is coming from JP, probably a big one.
It's probably someone you wouldn't expect that has connections to both Mio and Korone.
I'm guessing it might be Miko or Fubuki or maybe even Subaru or Pekora or someone big that would make them feel really sad about them leaving in general.

Miko said she wants to at least see her 10 year anniversary in three years, so unless she's sick, I don't think it's her.
Korone said to look forward to next year's anniversary.
Mio has a sololive coming up.
Marine said she will never quit and is aiming for 5 million subs.

I don't remember hearing anything from Subaru or Pekora or Fubuki recently saying that they are sure they won't leave. Same goes for Kanata and Towa. I can't really think of any others that would make both of them this sad. Well, except for maybe Sora, but I don't think Sora is going to graduate.
