Touristchama, a few of the girls basically live in the studio.
They use the equipment on their own for little skits, they don't need bookings and are always happy to help even as silhouette background dancers.
This is also why there is basically a few stock talents of which you will always see a few in every single 3D.

You don't just randomly pick someone who happens to be at the studio to perform in a 3D live. It takes hours of practice to learn choreo.
