In Japan, about 25% of women are virgin ranging from 20-40. Fucking 40. So, do you really care about actual purity of the highest order? HoloJP is what you want, as they are literally 500% more likely to be pure than ENs. And I mean truly pure, in the way people mock as just impossible/unrealistic for ENs.
I bet a huge chunk of that vocal attacking comes from girls who themselves fail this mark and try to pin it as either impossible when no, it isn't, or that anyone who would value it is somehow a bad person or unfair. No, that is just trying to bring others down to their level.
Also it should be acknowledged that generally girls on the internet seeking attention are generally less likely to be pure, so the pool shrinks when looking at chuubas. Still though it is also a function of numbers. If Holoen gen 2 got about 6000 applications (we know this is about right in fact) then potentially about 200-300 of those all would have been in the literal purest of Prue category even in Western girls. Depending on how discerning Cover really is they could have found and hit what people dismiss as impossible. In Japan they might have had literally thousands of actual virgin girls applying in their more recent gens. I don't think they actually discriminate off this but if they wanted to they could and probably still have tons of great talent.
