>>100472308What bothers me about that, is that so far as I know Cover Corp is the only entertainer focused business that hire on non Japanese which means for artists it's one of the few ways you can get a job in Japan and be your creative little self.
...and for the guys that means a very small audience under Cover's guidance. Not only do you need to impress their suits to get a shot, you have to get them to give you enough freedom to throw darts at the board so you can escape that mire.
That and if you do escape the mire you're going to have your co workers want a piece of the pie too, and while fine that's throwing more darts at the board so to speak. Rock and a hard place, I tell ya.
