pic rel is mine, I'm a nousagifag but ever since her debut, she just radiated such happy energy that i couldn't help from smiling during her shenanigans. She's definitely one of the most bubbly vtubers i've seen and she's consistently able to stay creative and entertaining throughout her streams, all while not neglecting her idol-status.
I find it fascinating that despite all this, she's been consistently last in her gen in subs, despite her having, what I would think would be, the whole package when it comes to vtubers. I know her original outfit was considered a debuff (I never thought it was bad tbqh), but there's been holos with worse debut design that fared a lot better than nene did, and didn't offer nearly as much.
