And it's not always pitched up, one friend I have who's a 1view indie makes her voice lower than natural for some reason I haven't asked yet. I'm assuming she wants to sound more mature because she's a womanlet IRL or she just wants to make it harder to connect the dots to her roommate.
And a lot of chuubas develop voice problems because they have little to no formal training in VA and singing, and they will have bad habits develop. Your voice is a muscle just like any other in your body that needs training for strength, flexibility, and safe endurance. The worst habit being thinking that they can "power through" their voice injuries to complete projects.
