>>100493580It's the same reason I love jumping into a ton of panels at cons. Every so often you find someone who's autistically obsessed with whatever the topic is and can at least speak ok to a crowd, I'll listen to everything for the whole hour/2 hours, even if I'm only slightly interested. It's fun to listen to passionate people who want to share, FWMC do it so sparingly that it makes me sad. It's gotten a little better.
Also it comes down to trying to do things that will keep random casuals involved who wouldn't stay for that. Deep down they still have their thirst for numbers. I'm hoping when shit slows down in the future they'll be more willing to ramble about stuff like that.
