The correct answer: She'd basically outgrown VOMS. The staff outside of the talents was literally 1 guy, and no one expected Pika to grow as big as she did. Because of that there were all manner of things she wanted to do, but she couldn't because it all hda to go through 1 guy who was overworked as it was and he didn't want to show favoritism when the one huge talent is able to afford fancy things he can't deliver to the rest. This leads to Pika becoming depressed and streaming less and less. This part is unconfirmed but she's friends with Kson, and it's pretty likely that Kson was talking up VShojo to her behind the scenes, which is likely what helped her make the decision to actually graduate since she doesn't have many other real skills, and even if streaming in VOMS was starting to make her unhappy, it was better than getting a real job.
6 weeks after graduating she debuts in VShojo and she's been there ever since. She's playing Fallout New Vegas right now as I type this.
