I'm trying not to be to mean. I like Gura waaay better. I don't watch vtubers like that. But I did keep an eye on Nimi and Dooby. Dobby is good at fps games. She likes playing them. If your into that you'll like her. I don't like watching them. She plays some real boring ass games too. But she really doesnt stream that much, it seems to be picking up again. I feel its a side hussle for her. Nimi is the opposite she plays more variety imo. Makes good ass clips and she streams often. Both can't sing for shit though Jesus christ. I'll be following Saba for the foreseeable future.

Dead subs aren't useful but it's not impressive to start with a high number of subs, since again, you can just rebrand an account that has them like everyone else did. Hololive can make new accounts that start with hundreds of thousands of subs and that's not impressive either. The only thing that matters is the growth once the new paint smell wears off.

If subs meant anything (like they do in your fantasy world), then HoloEN must have broken your brain where sub counts never translated to who was the most popular. They're simply tied to who historically had the most hype at the time they started. Apart from Fuwamoco, nobody has ever passed the previous gen in subs because the original gens were so inflated with dead subs to begin with. It's completely different in a real branch like JP or even ID for that matter.
