When Ame made the announcement in September, Gura made the sunflower stream in August, and Fauna made the Nimi account in August. Considering all three announced their indie redebuts literally two weeks after their respective graduations, it very much suggests they all had the same plan.

But I do think that there was an intent for SNO to leave Hololive, with Ame in tow. My rrat is that Kronii objected to it (personal betrayal, personal autistic beliefs about betrayal, take your pick) but it would be related to how Promise would be broken up less then a year before its creation, which would be unfair to IRyS.
