2) In saying that, be wary of people who are overly helpful too, keep them at arms length at the least.
It's fine talking with your fans as long as you keep it at that.

3) Anyone who is modded will automatically be considered "the streamers favourite", which is why some people (vtubers especially) actively avoid their mods being known by the community. (new accounts just for modding)
It mostly prevents dumb favouritism drama and shitposting, especially if there's a "no chatting" rule you give to their mod account as casual chatting often can be used to figure out who someone is.
