>>100633538it's always been a catch-22/chicken vs egg thing. if the ENs were watchable at EU hours to begin with they'd have much better odds of working out. people aren't gonna SC a VOD and if they can't see it live then all they are gonna be are lurking vod watchers. which makes it harder to get into all the hype with livestreaming.
it can be said with erb and cc they are finally giving EU a real shot but cover's attitudes are undoubtedly already set in at this point.
