It's almost a year now.

People know Filian tries to do good to bring more spotlight to other Vtubers. Those that have collabed with her have grown bigger. Filian is also smart enough to handle PR incidents privately.

Perhaps if bigger names decided to crab on Filian, more might have piled on. This is different from Sinder encroaching on Shylily's space in the same way Shylily encroached on Veibae. Shylily could not have been happier to find the ammunition she did.
