Think about HoloEN, pre graduations. Realize how many of them were unironically "gender-fluid". The chances of there having a serious fling between them is so fucking high. One of these graduations is probably at least at one point because of a good turned bad relationship. Impossible that it isn't the case.
I also think Gura, Calli and Ina are the only unironically straight people in EN
