She's not the best. That said she's streaming consistently every 4 to 7 days which is the key to long term success. Even if she were to slow down to one stream a week, that's still 52 per year which is pretty great. Overdoing it risks burnout which leads to longer breaks and a loss of relevance. Taking her time and being patient with herself Ui will always be relevant.

I give Korone the edge because of streaming frequency. If she streamed as frequently as top career vtubers at the same quality, she would be #1, but it's not a realistic scenario because nobody can maintain that level of quality at that frequency.
